Description
I have been a carer for 5 years now, and in that time I have worked as a home carer, caring for patients with their issues, including Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, Cancer and a number of other issues. I hold a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care, and I put a great deal of energy into ensuring that all my training is up to date and that I am up on the current trends in care.
I'm a fun empathetic bubbly person. I enjoy reading and getting to know new people. I love being a carer because it allows me to get to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds, it allows me to help those who can no longer help themselves keeping them as independent as possible in their own homes. My mum is also a carer so I have learned and understand the pressures, responsibilities, and patients that come with being a carer.
I hope to speak with you soon.
